The golfer taps once

They scan a QR code on the cart or scorecard and press one button. Name and order are optional. There is nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.

It lands on your cart's screen

The request appears instantly, with the order and how long they have been waiting. The longest wait sits at the top, so nobody gets forgotten while the cart works a loop.

Pinned on your actual course

Every waiting golfer shows as a numbered pin on an aerial photo of your course. Your driver sees the whole property at once and knows which fairway to drive to.

The golfer knows it's coming

One tap of "On my way" updates their screen. They know a cart is coming, so they stay put instead of walking in to the clubhouse.

And confirms it arrived

After the drop, the golfer says whether the drinks actually turned up. You get a record of what reached the course and what went missing.
